Induction heating is a superior, fast and controlled heating method. It is a safe and environmentally friendly alternative for traditional heating methods such as ovens, oil baths or blow torches. These methods cause smoke, fumes or oil waste and are hazardous for personal health and safety.
The heaters are versatile and are used for safe heating of bearings (NU, NJ) gear wheels, bushes, couplings, inner ringes, labyrinth rings, train wheels etc. etc. It is common knowledge that a correct mounting method extends bearing life. Controlled induction heating prevents unnecessary damage, and retains original pre-lubrication. Induction heaters are ideal for sealed bearings (2RS-ZZ).

Use the correct puller (extractor) and you can efficiently and safely dismantle bearings, couplings, rings etc. Make your choice from capacities ranging from 4 to 150 tons!
You can choose from mechanical and hydraulic pullers. The unique self-centering series provide great user convenience.
The self contained hydraulic pump and cylinder save space, as you don’t need a separate pump, hose or puller. Easy to convert, 2-arm or 3-arm puller. The arms slide inwards or outwards simultaneously. The harder the force, the tighter the jaws grip. The arms cannot bend or deflect.
